Scam :Approve a proposal Mr.Imoh Essien

This is Mr.Imoh Essien principal accountant with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). There was a contract awarded to  late (Mr.James ) who used to work as a contractor with NNPC. On 22nd October 2005, Bellview Airlines Flight 210 carrying the Contractor and family nose dived and crashed at Lisa Village, Ogun State,killing all 117 people on board.

Since then we have made fruitless effort to locate any of his extended family and I decided to track his last name through a social media to locate any of his family member. I have contacted you to assist in receiving the money($127.6 million Dollars) and property left behind before our Government will declare it unclaimed.
